EMILY & MARCUS
Emily and Marcus’s Antrium 1844 wedding was the kind of day you just don’t forget. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be something special. The venue itself is a total dream—a historic mansion filled with antique charm and so many thoughtful, elegant details. The rose garden was vibrant, the pool area was picture-perfect, and every corner of the property had its own story to tell. It truly felt like stepping into another world.
A Sweet First Look and Private Vows
One of the most meaningful moments of the day was Emily and Marcus’s first look. It happened by the pool, tucked away with just their maid of honor, best man, and officiant present. They chose to exchange private vows before the ceremony, and it was incredibly touching. Quiet, emotional, and full of heart, it was a beautiful pause before the whirlwind of the day really began. You could see it in their eyes—they were just so ready to step into forever together.
Rain, Then Radiance
The weather decided to keep us on our toes! Right before the ceremony, the skies opened up and gave us a surprise shower. But then, just as quickly as it came, the rain cleared and the sun took over. Their ceremony happened under clear skies and full sunlight—casting everything in a cheerful, vibrant light that matched the energy of the moment. Guests smiled through the brightness, and the love and excitement in the air made it all the more beautiful.
Portraits with a Twist
As much as we loved the mansion and gardens, one of the most exciting features of this Antrium 1844 wedding was the venue’s wine cellar. We had it on our radar from the start and couldn’t wait to take advantage of such a unique space. The cellar gave us the chance to capture some bold, dramatic portraits that added a ton of variety and personality to Emily and Marcus’s gallery. It brought such a cool contrast to the softness of the outdoor photos and added a touch of timeless elegance with a little edge.
Celebration, Laughter, and Love
When it came time for the reception, the energy was off the charts. The love this couple is surrounded by was on full display—through the toasts, the dance floor, and the joy on every guest’s face. Everyone came ready to celebrate, and celebrate they did. The laughter, the music, the hugs and happy tears—it all came together to form a night full of connection and memory-making.
This Antrium 1844 wedding was everything we love about documenting love stories. Emily and Marcus had a day filled with personality, joy, and the people who mean the most to them. We couldn’t be happier for them, and we’re so grateful to have been a small part of something so meaningful.
We’re still smiling about this Antrium 1844 wedding—and we probably will be for a while.
