A Colorful Fall Pennsylvania Wedding
Saint Marys, PA
As I was driving to the church and watching the weather patterns change almost minute to minute, I was praying we would have some dry weather for this sweet couple! Honestly, it was as if all four seasons were collected into one day. The sky turned so dark and the rain just poured and minutes would pass by and the sun was shining so bright with a beautiful blue sky! Thankfully Carolyn and Mick were so easy to work with, they didn’t mind the freezing cold temperatures at all.
Mick and Carolyn are a beautiful couple. I’ve been looking forward to capturing their day since their engagement session last fall when I realized just how adorable they are together! Not only are they natural in front of the camera but they are incredibly genuine and kind. They were so excited to finally be married. One of my favorite parts of the day was when we brought the two of them together to hold hands and share a few words while staying hidden around the corner. Carolyn had the biggest smile on her face and the moment that they shared was priceless. This family was extra special to me because my grandma and Carolyn’s grandpa were brother and sister…so for me it was like a wedding and a family reunion wrapped up into the perfect day!
