Zani – she is so many things… sweet, caring, beautiful, compassionate, gentle, and SO stinkin’ cute! This felt like a really special session for me, because Zani was part of my first ever model shoot that I did at the very beginning of this journey, almost a year ago! Sara and I had gotten a group of girls together and I remember thinking how cool it would be to see them again when they were ready to schedule their senior photos. When Zani contacted me for her session, I was elated!
My favorite part of my time with Zani was hearing her talk about her summer job as an activity coordinator at a local nursing home. The way her face lit up when she talked about her residents, the care and compassion she has for them, and the gentle way that she relates to them, showed me just how pure and loving her heart is. I see such a gift in her ability to nurture those around her, and I just know that she will use that gift to make so many people feel loved! I smile when I think of all of the ways Zani will shine her light in this world!
We had so much fun together exploring Downtown DuBois – seriously, so many hidden gems that make incredible backdrops for photos! We completed her session with a gorgeous field location, and playing in the waters of Treasure Lake. Enjoy my faves from our time together!
