We are so excited to share with you a glimpse into Miranda and Nico’s wedding day at the Roost Event Center in Mahaffey, Pennsylvania. Their beautiful Roost Event Center wedding had sentimental moments, laughter, golden hour glow, and an incredible celebration full of excitement and love.
The Morning Begins
The day began at the Roost. As family and friends began arriving, there was this warm, familiar energy in the air. We could walk right in, give hugs, say hello, and instantly feel the love that surrounded Miranda and Nico. That’s one of the things we love most about photographing a beautiful Roost Event Center wedding. It’s a beautiful and intimate space that makes everyone feel right at home.
A Sweet First Look
Before the ceremony, Miranda and Nico shared a private first look. They read their personal vows to one another, a true reflection of their desire to focus on one another through the busyness of the day. Choosing to see each other before the ceremony allowed them to spend more time together and really soak in the joy of their wedding day. Those intimate moments, just the two of them, set the tone for everything that followed.
Ceremony with a View
There’s nothing quite like watching a bride walk down the grand staircase at the Roost Event Center. Miranda’s entrance was breathtaking, leading out into the gorgeous view of Western Pennsylvania, where the trees were just beginning to show hints of fall color. Their two adorable flower girls spun around in their dresses, making everyone smile, while the wedding party, full of couples and close friends, surrounded Miranda and Nico with love and support. Every part of the ceremony felt personal and deeply meaningful.
Golden Hour Magic
When the sun began to set, we snuck away for some golden hour photos, and wow, they did not disappoint. The sunsets at the Roost are always incredible, but that evening was something special. The sky was painted in soft oranges and pinks, and the fall landscape added just the right touch of color. It was the kind of light photographers dream of and a stunning backdrop for a beautiful Roost Event Center wedding.
A Celebration to Remember
As the evening went on, the celebration got even better. One of the most memorable moments came at the very end of the night when everyone gathered together and sang along to Billy Joel’s “Piano Man.” It’s a tradition that’s unique to Miranda and Nico’s friend group, and it was the perfect way to close out their amazing day.
Miranda and Nico’s beautiful Roost Event Center wedding was one we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful we got to celebrate alongside them. Congratulations you two!
