A Duquesne Chapel and Shady Elms Farm Wedding

Megan and Justin’s wedding day was full of love, laughter, and a few surprises that made it truly unforgettable. They got married at the beautiful Duquesne Chapel in Pittsburgh, PA, and celebrated with a fantastic reception at Shady Elms Farm. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be an amazing day for a Duquesne Chapel Wedding!

Megan started her day with a sweet first look with her bridesmaids and her dad, Duane. The room was filled with happy tears and smiles. Megan’s mom, Linda, was a superstar, helping Megan get ready and making sure everything was perfect. Watching Megan, Linda, and her sister Bridget share a special dance at the reception was one of the highlights of the day. Their bond is so strong and beautiful.

Justin and his groomsmen were a blast to hang out with. They kicked off the day with game day arrival shots and kept the fun going all day long. Their energy and jokes made everything even more fun.

A Duquesne Chapel Wedding

Of course, wedding days can come with a few curveballs. The Pittsburgh Bike Race was happening, which meant lots of street closures and some unexpected adventures as we navigated the city. Then, just as we were taking portraits, the sky decided to open up with rain. But with some quick thinking and a change of plans, we managed to get some amazing photos that turned out even better than we expected.

Fun At Shady Elms Farm

This was our first time at Shady Elms Farm, and we were blown away! The venue was gorgeous, with every detail perfectly planned. Despite the forecast, the sun came out and made the day even more beautiful.

We had so much fun hanging out with Megan and Justin’s friends and family. Their warmth and love made the day extra special. We can’t wait to create their legacy heirloom album with all the beautiful photos we captured. Megan and Justin, thank you for letting us be a part of your incredible day!
