Hunter and Caleb’s wedding at Bear Ridge Destination was the perfect blend of sweet, sentimental, and wildly fun. What started with the threat of rain turned into one of the most beautiful days. Everything flowed smoothly, the sun peeked out at the perfect moments, and every part of the day felt like it was meant to be. Captured by SHP team photographers Tabitha and Maddi, this celebration was full of emotional moments, unexpected laughs, and a party that didn’t quit.
A Day Full of Meaning
Hunter said from the start that she was expecting rain. Instead, the skies cleared and gave them the dreamiest light. It was the kind of weather that makes you feel like the day is blessed.
Before the ceremony, Hunter shared first looks with several special people. Her grandparents, who helped pay for her dress, saw her first. Then her dad, followed by Caleb. Each moment was deeply personal. When Hunter and Caleb shared private vows during their first look, both were in tears. It was quiet and emotional, just the two of them, soaking in what the day meant.
They also included a beautiful unity braid during the ceremony. And Hunter’s grandfather built a wooden cross backdrop that Meant to Be Flower Farm decorated with florals. It was simple, stunning, and full of love.
Laughter, Tears, and a Packed Dance Floor
There was a fun twist right at the beginning of the reception. Hunter began her welcome speech by saying, “We’re expecting…” and paused just long enough for the entire room—and especially her grandma—to freak out. Then she smiled and said, “you all to have a great time tonight!” It was hilarious and completely on brand for her bubbly personality.
From that moment on, the celebration didn’t stop. DJ Vinny kept the energy high, the dance floor full, and the vibes just right. He was kind, professional, and easy to work with—truly one of the best. The couple ended their choreographed first dance with a dip between cold sparklers, and it was a total showstopper.
A Deeper Story of Love and Faith
One of the most touching moments came during dinner. Caleb’s dad shared a story in his prayer about the couple’s time apart. During their breakup, he and Caleb met each morning to read the Bible and pray for Hunter—even when they didn’t know if she’d be back in their lives. That season made their reunion even more meaningful. It reminded everyone that real love is worth the fight.
Videographer Cole from Glorified Productions was also a joy to work with. He brought out the drone for some epic shots and worked seamlessly with the photography team. His positive energy added to the smooth, easy rhythm of the day.
A Beautiful Ending
To wrap up the night, guests enjoyed a late-night soft pretzel bar while the bridal party kept the dance floor alive. From beginning to end, this wedding at Bear Ridge Destination was packed with emotion, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
