I quickly learned in my early photography years that newborn photography was a whole different ‘realm’ of photography. Nothing like shooting weddings, engagements, families, and seniors. I toyed around with the whole ‘props’ and ‘set ups’ for newborns and figured out that it just wasn’t for me. Throughout the years though, I continued to photograph newborn sessions at my client’s home in the form or a lifestyle session. Especially when my past bride + grooms have a bundle of their own. As I grow as a photographer, I’m loving the angles of lifestyle newborn photography more & more. All I can think when looking over these images is: how incredible it is to engage in all of the most profound experiences of a family’s life together… from wedding portraits all of the way to a sweet new baby session… I am speechless at the gravity of what I do. And the people I do it for. I am beyond honored to be a part of Bobbi Jo and Eddie’s journey…and I gotta tell you that Bella has me completely wrapped around her finger!
