Kelsey & Tristen

Tristen and Kelsey met their senior year of high school. They went all through elementary and high school without ever having a conversation with each other. Kelsey shared with me how she vividly remembers their first conversation. They were standing backstage during a high school choir concert. They both played the part of elves in the Sensations Christmas Choir Concert, so they spent a lot of time waiting together backstage. Before going on stage, they spent moments talking and making sure they knew when to go on, reviewing lines, etc. Six year later…they are getting MARRIED and in the two hours I spent with them during their engagement session, I can tell they make a perfect match.

Tristen and Kelsey spent four of those years in a long distance relationship while Tristen served in the Army. He was stationed at Colorado Springs and on his holiday trip home, he completely surprised Kelsey with a romantic proposal that she will never forget! Their love story is so sweet and seeing them together makes my heart so happy. I’m beyond honored to be their wedding photographer and see them through one of the most important days of their life! Congratulations to this sweet couple! I’m so excited for next summer!
