A Barn at Willow Grove Wedding | Mayport, Pennsylvania
As I was driving to Daniel and Abagail’s venue the rain was pouring down on my windshield. I knew Abagail would be worried because of their plans for an outdoor ceremony. The forecast seemed hopeful that the rain would end in enough time to continue with the original plans but when I arrived, Abagail didn’t seem worried at all. She was so calm and relaxed and I think she was so excited to finally become Mrs. Callen that nothing was going to dampen the mood.
Daniel and Abagail are a beautiful couple. I’ve been looking forward to capturing their day since their engagement session last fall when I realized just how photogenic they both are! Not only are they natural in front of the camera but they are incredibly genuine and kind. I have no doubt that even if the weather had been different and we had been celebrating their day in the midst of a downpour, these two would have been joyful. They were so excited to finally be married.
There were so many parts of the day that were extra special but one that stands out to me is how FUN the entire day was. I loved watching the energy on the dance floor from family and friends. Abagail and her girls choreographed a special dance for Daniel and she even had an outfit change as an extra special surprise.
Joining me for the day was one of the newest members to the SHP team! Kearsten is now by my side serving as a second photographer and I’m so happy to have her! It is such an honor to be the ones who captured one of the most special days of their life! What a gift!!! I love my job and I love this sweet couple! Congratulations to the newlyweds! We are so excited for you!!
