A Fun Bethlehem Engagement Session

SHP Team Photographer Annie had an amazing time capturing the love between Megan and Matthew in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, one of the cutest downtown Main Streets in the state! The weather was mild, the light was soft and beautiful, and everything came together perfectly for this delightful Bethlehem engagement session.

Starting Our Adventure

We kicked off our Bethlehem engagement session at the Central Moravian Church campus, which features a stunning lawn, big trees, and a gorgeous sanctuary with a winding double staircase. Megan and Matthew were naturals in front of the camera, and their chemistry shone through. Megan looked absolutely radiant in her flowy white dress, complemented by her professional hair and makeup. Meanwhile, Matthew rocked a stylish burgundy button-down that perfectly matched the autumn vibe.

Exploring Downtown Charm

After capturing some beautiful moments at the church, we headed across the street to Hotel Bethlehem. This lovely spot added even more charm to our Bethlehem engagement session. We then made our way to the Flying Egg Café, where Megan and Matthew had their very first date. Walking through the downtown area, we explored pretty spots that highlighted the area’s unique character. Each location added a special touch to their love story.

Iconic Steel Stacks

Next up was the iconic Steel Stacks, where we had some fun with an outfit change into their Eagles jerseys! Matthew’s jersey was a thoughtful gift from Megan, and it made for some playful shots. As the sun began to set, the golden light created a picturesque backdrop, contrasting beautifully with the earlier part of our Bethlehem engagement session. The visual interest of the Steel Stacks alongside their romantic shots will make for an incredible collection of memories.

Capturing Their Connection

Throughout the session, Megan and Matthew were fantastic in front of the camera. They were naturally smiley and animated, and they took direction from Annie with ease. The energy between them made the day so enjoyable, and their laughter was contagious!
