After a week of off-and-on rain, Kayla and David’s wedding day at Tuck’d Inn Farm greeted us with the most beautiful blue skies and a soft breeze—the kind of day every couple dreams about. Their gorgeous Tuck’d Inn Wedding was the perfect mix of heartfelt, joyful, and fun, with so many meaningful touches woven throughout.

A Day Built on Family and Intentional Moments

One of the most emotional parts of the day was Kayla’s first look with her dad. It was such a sweet, quiet moment between the two of them before everything began. Shortly after, Kayla and David shared a private first touch and vow reading. Instead of seeing each other beforehand, they stood back-to-back, holding hands and exchanging vows through happy tears. It was a beautiful reminder of why we love being part of Pittsburgh weddings—each one tells such a unique story.

The couple’s love story first made its way to our blog in their engagement session, and seeing how that same connection carried through their wedding day was so special.

Honoring the People Who Matter Most

This gorgeous Tuck’d Inn Wedding was full of family love. Kayla and David went above and beyond to celebrate the people who’ve supported them along the way. There were multiple special dances—mother/son, father/daughter, mother/daughter, Kayla with her sons, and even a sweet dance between David and the boys.

At one point in the evening, the couple invited their grandmothers and mothers to the dance floor to surprise them with cards and flowers in honor of Mother’s Day. And to top it off, they celebrated their friends’ wedding anniversary with a slow dance just for them. These small gestures created such a sense of warmth and community throughout the entire day.

It Was a Party from Beginning to End

Let’s just say: this crew came ready to celebrate! From the moment the dance floor opened, guests were laughing, twirling, and having an absolute blast. The bridal party was full of energy and joy, and it made for some of the most fun portraits of the day.

There were little touches that made everything feel even more joyful. One was the bridesmaids’ three-month-old twin babies dressed in all white (yes, we melted). There was also an emotional private last dance that Kayla and David shared before their sparkler exit lit up the night sky.
