Every now and then, you photograph a wedding that feels like coming home. Alissa and Tyler’s beautiful Big Run Event Center wedding was exactly that. It was filled with joy, deep connections, and a few full-circle moments that made it all the more meaningful.

Their day began in Brookville, Pennsylvania, at the EUM Church. That location holds a special place in my heart, because it’s the same church where my husband and I were married over 25 years ago. Standing there again, this time with a camera in hand and a new couple at the altar, brought back so many memories. It felt incredibly special to document a new chapter in a place tied to my own story.

Sweet Moments and Familiar Faces

Alissa got ready surrounded by her sisters and closest friends. There was such a warm energy in the room, full of quiet excitement and happy tears. One of my favorite parts of the morning was her first look with her dad. It was such a sweet and emotional moment.

The ceremony itself was heartfelt and full of love. Alissa and Tyler’s connection was so clear in every look and smile they shared. I’ve known both of them since they were young, and seeing them exchange vows was an absolute joy. It felt like watching two people step confidently into something they were always meant for.

A Quick Stop at the Farm

After the ceremony, we made a quick stop at Tyler’s parents’ farm for family photos. It was the perfect spot to slow down for a moment and soak in the day. The light was beautiful, the fields were wide open, and everyone was relaxed and happy.

From there, it was off to their beautiful Big Run Event Center wedding reception. Guests were already arriving, ready to celebrate the new Mr. and Mrs., and the space looked amazing.

A Room Full of Joy

The Big Run Event Center was the perfect setting for a night full of laughter, dancing, and connection. The room buzzed with excitement as guests shared hugs, stories, and well wishes. Everything felt personal and full of love, from the speeches to the décor.

The energy in the room reflected everything I already knew about Alissa and Tyler. They are kind, grounded, and deeply loved by the people around them. Their beautiful Big Run Event Center wedding was more than just a party. It was a celebration of the life they’ve built together and the future they’re stepping into.
