An Enchanted Acres Wedding

Weddings

Sara and Jonathan

Sara and Jonathan’s Enchanted Acres wedding took place on a gorgeous November day, and it was an absolute dream. It was our first time shooting at this stunning Ohio venue, and that always brings excitement. Enchanted Acres is a huge venue, with several different locations within to choose from. Sara and Jonathan chose “The Glass.” What a breathtaking backdrop… from the marble fountain, to the intricate statues, to the massive crystal chandeliers, it was modern luxury at its finest.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth. The girls were getting ready, and Sara’s dad, Tom, greeted us with a smile. Right away, we felt like part of their family.

The weather in November can be tricky. You never really know what to expect that time of year. However, they were blessed with such a beautiful day. The sunshine felt like a small gift. It allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.

A Day Filled With Emotion

Their Enchanted Acres wedding was easily one of the most emotional days we have ever photographed. All the tears began to flow for Jonathan the moment Sara walked down the aisle. His brother stood right beside him, equally emotional. Every time a special moment happened, I looked over. They were both wiping away tears. Overflowing joy sometimes comes out as happy tears, and this day was full of exactly that.

Later in the evening, Jonathan’s brother gave a best man speech that topped the charts. Truly, there was not a dry eye in the room. It felt like everyone understood the depth of these family connections and their love and support for Sara and Jonathan.

Their DJ played a big role in creating magical moments throughout the night. One highlight was the cloud effect on the dance floor for their first dance. Watching them dance, surrounded by a misty cloud, was the type of magical romance that every wedding day deserves.

Community, Connection, and Celebration

One thing that stood out most during this Enchanted Acres wedding was the closeness of their family. There were clear bonds that went beyond everyday connection. The love and unity this family shares radiated through every moment. The siblings shared smiles, tears, hugs, and laughter, and it was so heartwarming to witness such strong family ties.

Their guests were also treated to an incredible charcuterie board. Absolutely stunning too look at, and even better to eat! It became a favorite topic of conversation for the night. Food has a way of bringing people together, and this wedding sure was full of delicious treats!

Ending the Night With Gratitude

As the night came to a close, we found ourselves so very grateful. As our 2025 wedding season wraps up, we can’t help but feel so overwhelmed with gratitude for the honor of serving couples like Sara and Jonathan. Their Enchanted Acres wedding offered more than beautiful scenery. It offered stories, connection, and beautiful moments we will never forget.

Sara and Jonathan, you were an absolute joy to photograph. You trusted us with your memories, and that means everything. We walked away with stunning photos and even better friendships. That is what makes this work so meaningful. Thank you for welcoming us into your day, into your family, and into the celebration of your love. Congratulations!
