A Saints Cosmas & Damian Church Wedding | Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania

Weeks before a wedding, we plan out a timeline and create an “ideal” wedding day. Most of the time we are able to follow the plan however, Nicole and David’s day was nothing like we had planned and because these two trusted me and were just so happy to be married…you never would have known. Days before the wedding there was a hurricane off the east coast so of course the rain made its way to PA just in time for Saturday. We didn’t end up going to a single planned location because of a full day of rain but as you can see in the photos, everyone certainly made the most of it!

Nicole and David (Perch) are a super fun couple. I’ve been looking forward to capturing their day since their engagement session when I realized just how entertaining they both are! I was so happy to have Aaron join me for another wedding because we were able to talk on the way home about how much FUN we had capturing the entire day.

Aaron and I loved being surrounded by their family and friends. One of my favorite moments of the day was when Punxsutawney Phil entered the dance floor for a surprise visit! Everyone was cheering and snapping photos and then the dance floor filled up and stayed full for hours and hours! It was a joyful celebration of such a wonderful couple!! Nicole and Perch, congratulations on this special new season of life!
