A Winter Splendor Wedding Styled Shoot

December. 2nd 2019 was marked off in my calendar for a very long time. All year I looked forward to attending a massive styled shoot called Creatively Gathered hosted by K-Layne Styled in Charlottesville, Va. For those of you wondering what a styled shoot is, let me give you the run down… It’s pretty much a faux wedding day for photographers to practice their skill, gather beautiful images, interact with incredible vendors, and get together with other creatives! This was my very first styled shoot to be a part of and it was such a wonderful experience.

I had the opportunity to be part of an amazing group of photographers from all over the United Sates. We photographed not one, not two, but three amazing weddings this day and I’ve been dying to share all of them.

This wedding vision was called “Winter Splendor” and was all about putting all of the glitz and glam into the gloom of the winter months. Whoever said winter trees cannot be beautiful haven’t see this! It was like we welcomed Mother Nature right into the room with open arms….and draped her with diamonds!

The details were nothing short of spectacular and I just loved how this board came together. Thank you to the rock-star vendor team that made this happen.
