A Love Story in the Mountains

I’ll never forget the day Kimberly reached out to me to capture her and Daniel’s Wyoming wedding. They’ve been visiting the Bighorn Mountains every year and absolutely love it there, and now that I’ve had the pleasure of being there myself, I totally get why! The Bighorns are majestic, less crowded with tourists, and teeming with wildlife. While we were traveling between portrait locations, we even had a surprise visit from a moose—and yes, we got photos with it!

Like Family from the Start

From the moment I met Kimberly and Daniel, it felt like we’d known each other forever. They have that warm, welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel like family. Their wedding day was filled with so much emotion—tears flowed freely throughout the day. One of the most touching moments was the memorial blanket honoring Kimberly’s father. Her brother Shawn’s heartfelt speech had everyone reaching for tissues, too. And let’s not forget Daniel’s dance with his mother at the reception—there wasn’t a dry eye in the house! It was for sure a Heartfelt Wedding in the Bighorn Mountains.

An Adventure in the Bighorns

The day was an adventure in itself! We explored some of the most stunning spots in the Bighorn Mountains, including Shell Creek, Shell Falls, Garden of the Gods Road, Sibley Lake, and the Steamboat trailhead. Every location was more breathtaking than the last. We wrapped up the day at Bear Lodge Resort, where family and friends were eagerly waiting to celebrate with Kimberly and Daniel.

All in all, it was a day filled with love, adventure, and unforgettable moments. I’m so honored to have been a part of Kimberly and Daniel’s Heartfelt Wedding in the Bighorn Mountains they love so much!
