A Perfect Fall Day: Celebrating Brandon & Kristen’s Engagement

When Brandon and Kristen reached out to schedule their engagement session, I was a little nervous about the fall leaves. We had some unseasonably warm weather earlier in the season, and I was worried the colors wouldn’t be as vibrant. But luckily, we ended up with the perfect fall day, and the leaves were absolutely stunning!

As I arrived at Toby Boat Launch in Clarion, I couldn’t believe how perfect the fall colors were—vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows that looked like something straight out of a postcard! It was a perfect fall day for capturing Brandon and Kristen’s love story. The sun was shining, the temperature was just right, and there was a crispness in the air that made it feel like autumn at its finest.

We spent time walking around the lake, chatting about wedding plans and life in general. The light was so soft, and the warmth of the afternoon sun made their smiles even brighter. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed, fun, or beautiful session.

We Started the Session at Toby Boat Launch in Clarion

Toby Boat Launch was the perfect place to start the session—peaceful and quiet by the water. The landscape provided a natural backdrop for intimate shots, and I loved capturing the moments when Brandon and Kristen would steal a glance or share a laugh. It was clear these two were meant to be!

We Ended the Evening With Golden Hour Magic

The perfect fall day didn’t stop there—golden hour photos wrapped up the session in the most magical way. As the sun set, we captured the most beautiful romantic shots, with the warm light creating a dreamy atmosphere. You could feel the connection between them, and it made for some of my favorite photos of the entire day.

This Will Be My Third Callen Wedding, and I Couldn’t Be More Excited

This engagement session holds a special place in my heart because it marks my third Callen wedding. I’m beyond excited to be celebrating with this amazing couple and their wonderful family again. I can already tell their wedding at Tuck’d Inn will be just as beautiful and meaningful as their engagement session!
