I had such a blast capturing Lanie, a senior from Richland Area High School, during her senior session! From the moment we met, her spunky personality brought an incredible energy to our evening together. Lanie is the kind of person who lights up a room, with her outgoing nature and ability to draw people in effortlessly. She’s strong, independent, and not afraid to speak her mind, which I absolutely admire. Her bold personality radiated through every moment of our session, and her positivity was infectious.
Lanie is not only a vibrant spirit but also a fiercely dedicated athlete. She plays both volleyball and basketball, and her commitment to her sports shines through. I imagine her being a fierce competitor on the court, bringing her hard work and determination to every game, but also making sure her teammates are always having a good time. There’s something special about someone who can balance intensity and fun so seamlessly.
One of the most flattering moments for me as a photographer is when someone from out of town finds me through word of mouth, and that’s exactly how Lanie came my way. I had the pleasure of working with a friend of hers earlier this summer, and based on her experience and the photos, Lanie knew she wanted to book her senior session with me. There’s truly no greater honor than that!
