We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day for Mariah and Cody’s Ironstone Ranch Wedding. From sunshine and soft breezes to heartfelt moments and incredible dancing, their day at Ironstone Ranch in Elizabethtown, PA, was everything you hope a wedding will be—and then some!

Perfect Weather, Gorgeous Venue

This gorgeous venue was such a dream to photograph. With clean, classic charm and sprawling grounds filled with longhorn cattle, sheep, and horses, it was the perfect backdrop for this sweet couple’s love story. The ceremony took place in an orchard under a bell tower that Mariah and Cody got to ring after being pronounced husband and wife—a fun, symbolic way to kick off their forever! As a wedding photographer who’s captured countless weddings and engagement photos in Pennsylvania, I can confidently say Ironstone Ranch is one-of-a-kind.

Personal Touches and Sweet Memories

Mariah and Cody made their Ironstone Ranch Wedding even more meaningful by adding sentimental and personal touches throughout the day. Mariah personally designed and created the save-the-dates and invitations herself, and they were stunning. Her grandmothers, who have both passed, crocheted many of the doilies used to decorate the sweetheart table, centerpieces, and memory table. It was such a beautiful way to include them in the celebration.

An Emotional First Look

One of our favorite moments of the day? Mariah and Cody’s emotional first look. They exchanged handwritten vows privately, and it was such an intimate and meaningful way to ground themselves before the ceremony. It’s always such a gift as a wedding photographer to witness moments like these—raw, real, and full of love.

Classic Car & Choreographed Dances

Mariah’s dad pulled up to the ceremony in his classic Mustang, and it was the perfect blend of style and sentiment. After the ceremony, Mariah and Cody even took a joyride around the venue in it—such a fun, cinematic moment!

Then there was the reception. Wow. Following a beautiful mother-son dance, Cody and his mom transitioned into a fully choreographed group dance with the groomsmen during “The Git Up.” That move officially opened the dance floor and kicked the party into high gear. From salsa to hip hop to line dancing and flips, the dance floor was never empty!

A Celebration of Love and Legacy

Mariah and Cody’s Ironstone Ranch Wedding was a true celebration of love, legacy, and the people who matter most.
