Sam and Jason’s wedding at Cameron Estate Inn felt extra special from the very beginning. With rain in the forecast, we knew this day would be less about perfect weather, and more about perfect moments. From the minute we arrived, the energy was exciting and welcoming. Even better, it stayed that way all day long.
Captured by SHP Team photographer Kate and videographer Jacinda, this day was amazing from start to finish, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
A Stunning Venue and a Beautiful Start
The setting for Sam and Jason’s wedding at Cameron Estate Inn was absolutely stunning. The venue had so much charm, and every space brought something different and beautiful to admire.
The bridal suite stood out right away. It featured a gorgeous checkered floor that made these detail photos some of our favorites we have ever captured. Sam looked absolutely beautiful, and her calm, happy energy set the tone for the entire day.
We spent time capturing her details, and everything came together beautifully. The florals included soft pinks, whites, and pastel tones. As a result, the overall look was so romantic and timeless.
Rainy Weather, Bright Attitudes
It rained all day long during this wedding, but you would never guess it from Sam and Jason’s reactions.
Instead of stress, they chose calm. Instead of disappoinment, they chose joy. They smiled through every rainy moment and stayed fully present. Because of that, the entire day felt light and easy.
We even leaned into the weather. Clear umbrellas made for fun and stylish portraits. In fact, some of the rain shots turned out to be favorites. After all, is there anything more romantic than kissing in the rain?
Meaningful Moments and Loved Ones
Sam and Jason clearly love their people. Their large bridal party reflected deep friendships and strong bonds. Many friends came from college, and it was such a joy seeing them all gathered to celebrate Sam and Jason.
They shared a sweet first look together. Sam also had a touching first look with her dad. Moments like these always bring so much meaning to the day.
Later, soft light filtered into the ceremony space. It created a beautiful and intimate atmosphere as they said their vows.
A Lively and Joyful Reception
The celebration continued with such a fun reception. The dance floor stayed packed, and the energy and excitement never stopped. It was a lively celebration that reflected the joy and love present through the entire day.
Although the rain canceled the planned sparkler exit, it didn’t matter. The joy on the dance floor made up for it completely. To end the night, Sam and Jason shared a private last dance, which is honestly becoming a new favorite wedding trend.
A Day to Remember
Sam and Jason’s wedding at Cameron Estate Inn reminded us what truly matters. It is not perfect weather or perfect plans. Instead, it is about love, connection, and choosing joy.
