After weeks of battling spring rain, we finally had the perfect day for Abby and Ty’s Summer Hershey Gardens Engagement session—and it was so worth the wait.

A Long-Awaited Perfect Day

Abby and Ty’s Summer Hershey Gardens Engagement didn’t come easy. SHP Team Photographer, Kate, had to reschedule their session three times because of unpredictable spring weather. Even on the day of the shoot, the forecast called for rain, intense heat, and plenty of humidity. But somehow, the rain held off, and for most of the session, the humidity gave us a much-needed break. It felt like the weather knew we’d waited long enough for this gorgeous day.

Abby was a senior in high school and Ty was a freshman in college when they began dating—a story that speaks volumes about their courage and commitment. From the very beginning, their relationship was built on determination, laughter, and genuine love.
