A Stunning Roost Event Center Wedding

Weddings

Hannah and Nate

Hannah and Nate’s sunny summer celebration is full of inspiration for couples planning their own wedding at The Roost. Their gorgeous wedding day focused on something that matters most: making their guests feel loved.

From the beginning, it was clear that so much intention went into every little detail. Hannah and Nate wanted their wedding to feel like an experience for everyone. As a result, their guests enjoyed plenty of meaningful surprises throughout the day.

Make Your Guests Part of the Experience

One of the coolest details was the coffee truck waiting for guests. And yes, the coffee was so delicious! A coffee truck is such a fun addition to a wedding at this venue because of the open outdoor spaces for guests to mingle and enjoy the scenery.

Guests also enjoyed a live caricature artist during the celebration. He was amazing! Each guest could take home a custom drawing as a memorable wedding favor. It was such a fun and unique idea that all the guests loved.

Let Family Become Part of Your Wedding Day

Family was clearly at the heart of Hannah and Nate’s wedding. Hannah’s grandma, a retired florist, created all the wedding flowers. She even made Hannah’s beautiful bridal bouquet herself.

One especially sweet memory happened when Grandma gave Hannah her bouquet. All the hard work and love that went into creating it came alive in that moment, and it was beautiful to witness.

Family also played a special role during the ceremony and reception. Hannah’s nephew gave the blessing before dinner, highlighting just how much Hannah and Nate love their role as Aunt and Uncle. Their wedding reflected those relationships in such a genuine way.

Plan Space for the Emotional Moments

Of course, the day was filled with laughter and excitement, but there were also quiet and emotional moments, too.

Hannah’s mom teared up when she saw her daughter for the first time and Nate’s sister surprised him with their grandpa’s pocketwatch. Before the ceremony, Hannah and Nate privately read their vows to each other. Hannah also gifted Nate a special charm for his necklace.

Thoughtful Details Make the Day Yours

Anothe fun twist was when Nate surprised his groomsmen with custom sunglasses. Later, those sunglasses became part of some seriously fun photos.

Small details like these can make your wedding photos feel so personal. They also give your photographer opportunities to create images that feel completely unique to you.

Ultimately, a wedding at The Roost can be beautiful without feeling overly complicated. Focus on the people you love, then add details that reflect your personalities.

Thank You, Hannah and Nate!

Hannah and Nate, thank you for allowing Kara and Katie to capture such a meaningful day. Your love for family and your guests was obvious from beginning to end.

Congratulations to you both! We hope your marriage continues to be filled with the same joy, laughter, and thoughtfulness that surrounded your wedding day.
