Sierra and Connor
Sierra and Connor’s Western PA wedding day was filled with the people, places, and moments that mean the most to them. Their celebration took place on their family farm in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania. From getting ready with family to saying “I do” surrounded by rolling hills, their day was special in every way. It was a beautiful celebration centered around family, joy, and making memories together.
The morning began at Sierra’s mom’s house. We photographed the little details before capturing Sierra getting ready with her mom and twin sister, Cheyenne.
This family already held a special place in our hearts. We previously had the honor of photographing Cheyenne and Thomas’s wedding. Therefore, being invited back for another family wedding meant so much to us.
It was also fun seeing a familiar family come together again. This time, the celebration had a completely different season and atmosphere.
Of course, we also had to make plenty of time for Wren, their adorable dog. Honestly, we may have photographed Wren almost as much as Sierra. She was simply too cute to leave out!
A First Look With Dad
Before the ceremony, Sierra shared a special first look with her father. Afterward, we captured family portraits before everyone headed toward the ceremony. The excitement was definitely building as the afternoon continued.
Then, Sierra and Connor exchanged vows surrounded by the people they love most.
A Ceremony With a View
Their outdoor ceremony showcased everything beautiful about a Western PA wedding. Rolling hills surrounded the family property in every direction. Plus, the weather could not have been more perfect.
As if the setting needed anything else, two bald eagles even flew overhead during the ceremony. Talk about a wedding-day moment you simply cannot plan! The entire atmmosphere was peaceful as Sierra and Connor were completely surrounded by their favorite people.
Sunset, Dinner, and Celebration
After the ceremony, everyone gathered for a beautiful tented reception on the family property. The evening was filled with conversation, laughter, dancing, and plenty of time together.
Later, we pulled Sierra and Connor away for sunset portraits. The warm evening light across the hills was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect way to pause and enjoy a few quiet moments together.
Celebrating a wedding right on family land is sentimental in a way that is truly unique to the couple. Every part of the property already carries memories. Then, a wedding day adds another story to that history.
Sierra and Connor’s celebration truly felt like a gathering of family and friends. More importantly, it never lost sight of what the day was really about.
A Day We Won’t Forget
We are so grateful we got to return to this family for another beautiful celebration. Photographing siblings and families over the years is one of the greatest gifts of this job!
Sierra and Connor, thank you for trusting us to capture such an important chapter of your story. We are incredibly grateful to have been welcomed back into your family’s celebrations.
