Holly and Jackson’s wedding day had been years in the making. Their story actually began when they were only three years old. They met in Sunday school at the same church where they eventually married. How special is that?!
Even more incredible, both sets of parents were married in that church. Their wedding day brought generations of family history together in one beautiful celebration.

The ceremony was filled with sentimental moments and familiar faces. Friends and family had watched Holly and Jackson grow up together. Therefore, hearing everyone say “finally!” felt especially fitting.
After the ceremony, everyone headed to the new Blackstone Barn in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. Holly and Jackson’s celebration was especially exciting because it was the first wedding held at the venue.

September gave Holly and Jackson nearly perfect wedding weather. Sunshine filled the day, while a cool breeze kept everyone comfortable.
Thankfully, the weather also gave us an incredible sunset. The property has a beautiful sunset view behind the barn. We were so excited to sneak Holly and Jackson away for golden hour portraits.
Holly’s dress was absolutely perfect for the moment. Her dramatic sunset portraits even included an epic runaway bride moment! Kara and Madi, SHP Team photographers, had so much fun capturing every part of their day.
